SQUATS([*%#*%*#] TO GRASS on all reps) 135 X 10 225 X 10 275 X 5 250/135 X 5/12 SLDLs 135 X 10 225 X 10 250 X 8 SEATED CALF RAISES ss/w SQUAT RAISES ss/w STANDING RAISES 90 X 15 / BW X 20 / BW X 25 115 X 11 / BW X 20 / BW X 20 115 X 10 / BW X 15 / BW X 25 90 X 12 / BW X 20 / BW X 20 And so ends a ****ty week of workouts. This week was just getting back into things. Next week things should get much more real. |

School and life in general has been kicking my [*%#*%*#] lately. I wasn't able to afford those few hours a week. I'm sorda getting back into it this week. When I get more consistent with my workouts I'll start posting them again. Hopefuly in 2-3 weeks or so. I'm only able to go 3 times a week now with mostly compound movements and low volume per bodypart by my standards. Thanks for checking in though. |

No problem. I do a 3-day split as well, and throw the 4th day in whenever I'm able to. Not usually though [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
