NOt too great. Missed about 3 weeks with no workouts and the 2-3 weeks before hand I only went 1-2 times a week. School and life in general has been kicking my [*%#*%*#] lately. I wasn't able to afford those few hours a week.

I'm sorda getting back into it this week. When I get more consistent with my workouts I'll start posting them again. Hopefuly in 2-3 weeks or so. I'm only able to go 3 times a week now with mostly compound movements and low volume per bodypart by my standards.

Thanks for checking in though.

No problem. I do a 3-day split as well, and throw the 4th day in whenever I'm able to. Not usually though

Hope things get better for you and I'm glad you're stil here with us anyway

Yeah, but in all honesty I respond much better to a 4-5 day split. I find I respond best to higher volume rather than low volume(unlike someone else I know).
