Default Loup\'s Journal

First things first:
<font color="blue">Quick Introduction:</font> I'm a 27 year old male who has gone back to school to further my education. Since I am bettering my mind, I decided to better my body as well ... hence my return to the gym.
I've been a member of a gym for the past 10 years and looked & felt my best about 4 years ago. However, since then I have dropped my dedication to the gym (due to many factors). Now I'm moved away from my distractions, gone back to higher education and plan to build myself up to and beyond what I was previously.
<font color="red">Short Term:</font> My buddy is getting married at the end of December in Mexico and that's my short-term goal - To get a beach ready body in 3 months.
<font color="red">Long Term:</font> Strengthen my mind and body during my length of stay at University to be the best that I can be upon graduation.

To help reach my current short term goal, this is the program that I will be using until my return from Mexico.
This workout is only a 2 day program with at least a day rest between.
After each group of sets, (ie Set (A)) there is a 60 seconds rest.

Day One
(A) BB Squat (3 of 8-10 reps), DB Walking Lunges (3 of 10-12), Single Foot Hops (3x per leg for 20 seconds)
(B) Lat Pull Down (2 of 10-12), Seated Row (2 of 10-12)
(C) Bicep Curl (2 of 8-10), Tricep Dip (2 of 8-10)

Day Two
(A) BB Deadlift (3 of 10-12), One-Legged calf Raise (3 of 12), Swiss Ball Hamstring Curls (3 of 8-10)
(B) Power Lunges (3 of 6 each leg)
(C) Chest Press (2 of 10-12), Shoulder Press (2 of 10-12)
(D) Abs (2-3 exercises) (3 of 15 for each)

a two day spit? no. check out the splits tab at the top of the hardcore training forum. you need to aslo post your diet, weight, height, bf% ect. that would be a start...
