Default MonroeTrainer\'s First Journal

This is going to be my first workout log online so this should be a real learning experience for me. I will start posting tonight after I have finished my workout for the day. If anyone sees anything wrong with my log please let me know as time goes on.

Yeah it is Monroe, LA. It is kinda hard to find training partners around here so this journal should be of great help to keep me motivated.
