Well back from CT last night: went to gym this morning (after a weeks break from eating plans, gym, and supplements) and haven't put on any weight *bounce*
did 20 mins of cycling: a hectic ab work out skipped for a bit feeling good forgot my work shoes at home: and my hair is a mess [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] it is good to be home [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Morning: 15 mins - cycle. 10 mins - walking 10 mins - eliptical walker 10 mins - walking 20 mins - ABS Afternoon: I have joined Global-Fitness, and am currently doing phase 4, week 1 Chest: 4 x bench press Db Super set : Incline flys and Dips x 3
