tuesday legs triceps amd forarms
legs started with squats, but reallized my for was [*%#*%*#] so I stripped weight down and restarted my squats. 8x130 8x130 8x130 SLDL 8x130 8x180 8x210 leg extensions 8x160 8x170 8x180 overhead dumbell extention 8x50 8x55 8x60 lying ez bar skull crushers SS with standing hammer bar french press 8x50/8x50 8x55/8x50 8x60/8x60 heavy wrist curls front/reverse 8x?? 8x?? 8x?? cable wrist curls started at 30lbs and would do normal curls until I couldn't then did reverse curls until I couldn't. then I dropped weight and did it again, did that until had no pin in and I was about to cry, almost 2 minutes of strait work |

so 2 mounths has been up, and I consider it a failure. I gained 10 pounds and half was fat. So it wasn't a waist, just not happy with the way it went. Iam going to go on a zane blitz for my tris, then take a entire week off lifting. durring that time i am going to re-evauate my entire situation, and see where to go from there. I don't think I will post much on here, mabey 2 more post then this jurnal will be done

monday close grip press, ez bar x5 french press hammer bar x4 lying sckull crushers ez bar x5 cable kick back x4 cable press down- rope x5 Tuesday overhead DB extention x4 cable press down tri bar x4 overhead cable extetion v-bar x4 sitting cable french press x4 wensday close grip press ez bar x5 DB overhead extentions x5 thursday off friday Dips 2 bench x5 sckull crushers Hammer bar x5 single behind the head DB extentions x5 cable pressdown reverse grip x5 close grip press revers grip x5 saturday sckull crushers barbellx2 dips with 1/2s in between fulls drops x2 Results...pain, pain and more pain. Mostly around the elbow part of the tricep |
