My sister has ben working out for awhile, but has not received the proper information until now. PWO shake and such. Is there any female specific info that I could share with her to help her? Does all my practices as a male bb apply to a woman?
She also wants to know how to work out the area just above her butt on the sides, that part that is not the hips, but just above. Any info would help. Thanks all.

Our body losses fat from all of its parts. She also might want to check her diet and her exercise routine. What are her goals in terms of fitness? With that in mind, this website should already have the answers, so do a search of it. Amazon
