Okay so some days I don't even feel like I am a bodybuilder (or body sculptor as I like to call myself) - its kinda weird and I feel flabby??
I am cutting so I am thinking maybe its b/c I have low low levels of glycogen in my muscles and I get somewhat bloated from eating a lot of veggies? Why don't I feel more solid? Anyone relate to this?

yeah, but sometimes it has more to do with my sodium or fluid intake [img]/forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img]

there's water in vegetables, thats why if u eat too much u feel bloated

Some veggies are prone to give you gas and make you bloated. Break out the Beano!

if i have quite a few protein shakes one day, i will feel very bloated and flabby.

Can you say STEAMROOM!!!!!!! When I feel this way I hit the steam room and Presto. 5lbs of water and I feel better. Must drink while in the room because of dehydration, but you can get rid of some water that makes you feel that way.

Even us dudes can get this feeling while cutting. Hey, I'm not afraid to admit that I have my days as well where I feel a bit flabby and yucky. It has a lot to do with me being once very overweight as well, but just thought I'd let you know that we all have our days and it'll pass. Hope the blah monsters depart soon. Have a good day.
