So do I do the PWO shake after both workouts?
eg. run at lunch then do weights in the evening after work. I'm concerned about increasing calories too much, or is that just a silly worry? Thanks.

You don't do the PWO shake after cardio...just weights. After cardio I think you wait 30 min and then eat a protein/carb combo - like oatmeal & whey or something like that. I'm sure someone will get it straight for us!!

Yeah, I think I agree with Sage. I usually just work once a day..since I have 1.5 hrs in the morning (yes I work out early) and I do weights before cardio. I have my PWO and then after doing other things, breakfast.
Just my two cents. Amazon

Hey mybell!
Yes, the ladies are right. Only consume a post workout meal with high CHO, post anerobic(weight lifting) exercise. For aerobic(cardio)you want a quality meal after you run.
