haha, actually 29sets felt enough the training should have taken too long if I conitued.

<font color="blue">This is a great set of ab work you are perfoming. Are you putting it together as one big superset or are you doing each exercise individually? You already have some high intensity, high volume routines going here and commend you on your valient efforts thus far. I answered your question in my journal. Try switching up ab exercises each time to see what gives you the best burn. Remember to breath out a peak contraction and hold each rep for a few seconds to totally fry them out. Maybe that will assist you in breaking down the abs to further add some mass to them. Take your time on ab sessions and you will achieve your goal before you know it. </font>
