Sunday "Happy Mothers Day" OFF DAY Comments: Well after the 1st week I'm down 5lbs, and feeling really good. I can't wait to start back up tomorrow. I've been so busy I only had time to jot down notes,and finally got some time today to update my journal, which actually worked out good because it's getting in the mood to workout. So I should start this week off with a bang!

5/15/04 & 5/16/04
OFF DAYS Well this is the end of my 2nd week, and I feel really really good. I lost another 2lbs, but I can feel myself getting stronger as well. So that puts me down 7lbs in 2 weeks. I'm also happy I made it threw the whole week without being so sore I couldnt workout. I'll start back up Monday 5/17/04, and see if I can keep the momentum rolling.
