stiff-legged deadlifts

hammer strength hack squats
90x12
110x6

hammer strength iso leg extensions
50x6 (15 sec. hold)
50x6 (15 sec. hold)

All in all, not my best leg workout. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] I was feeling a bit rundown this morning. I am thinking of changing up my split next week to something like this:

Mon
chest / back

Tues
legs (emphasis on hamstrings)

Wed
cardio / abs

Thur
shoulders / arms

Fri
legs (emphasis on quads)

Sat
cardio / abs

Sun
off
