im lookin for someone to help me out. i want to gain around 10 lbs of muscle mass... but i need a daily diet of proper foods to eat as that are an integral part of gaining mass. keep in mind...i dont have much money to spend on supps and mass amounnts of food... ive been working out relatively steady for the last 4 or 5 months and i havent gained any weight..tho i did gain a little bit of strength. so if u could please help me out with some guidlines of what to eat for breakfast so i dont feel tired when i get up so much, as well as what to eat for snacks pre and post workout, and what to eat for meals.... any help much appreciated..thanks slim arrgghh-nold

Hey Ty whuts going on? Read those articles and make a diet then post it in the nutrition section to get critiqued. Also post a bunch of your workouts in here you can get comments and stuff to help you out.
