heres what i plan on doing for the next 8 or so weeks... let me know if i should conciter adding or revising anything i have... right now i have a bit of a gut and some exess fat so my goal is to of course slim down and cut off some body fat...
MONDAY CHEST 8 weeks to bigger Pecs! ABS TUESDAY BIS Advanced Biceps TRIS Advanced Triceps WEDNESDAY LEGS Hamstrings 8 weeks to bigger quads! ABS THURSDAY BACK Barn door Back FOREARMS Python Forearms FRIDAY SHOULDERS/TRAPS Cannon Ball Delts! ABS SATURDAY OFF SUNDAY OFF ...... now that is what i plan on doing for 8 weeks... i am unsure what to do for abs so if anyone has a good program or an idea be sure to let me know... also the back workout i am sketchy about because i have done it before.. i liked it but kinda sick of it so if anyone has a program or an idea for me let me know also one more thing is about shoulders... that program that i have there is for shoulders but i was wondering if it was good enough for traps too??? if not if anyone has a program let me know.... i am doing these programs because i work a lot better when i have a schedual to perform rather than to just play it by ear... thanks for listening folks... i love this site and i appreciate the input in advance!!! |

You won't survive that many hardcore programs. I wouldn't do more than two at a time.
