I still need to work on my diet. but gains are still coming.
I been bulking forever still am. But now im concentrating more on my shoulders and back, as recommended by my doc. I am still recovering from a shoulder injury that just seems to never go away, its been one month since i finished 7 weeks of physical therapy for my shoulder\back, and i previously had 6months of rotator cuff physical therapy. But looks like i had a weak scapular, so hopefully after a couple good back\shoulder days my shoulder will feel better. ;
