Hey Vladde, I used to do higher volume with almost 20 sets for larger body parts and around 12 for smaller ones. I grew pretty well back then, I've been trying lower volume to see if it worked better but hasn't been going to great.. So I'll probably switch back soon, thanks for stopping by man!

dam, i gonna have to start barbell benching again soon. i havent done that in like, 8 months, i remember i was at 115 then and i really wanna get up those 45's on it and some other plates...i shall see soon

Thanks guys, I'm gonna keep switching up my chest routine. My strength has went up quite nicely. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] Hopefully I can get some friggan growth though!

Oh yea, here's my split..
sun - legs mon - chest/tris tue - x wed - back/traps thu - x fri - delts/biceps sat - x I will do abs/HIIT 1-2 times a week whenever convenient. |
