Default Welcome to the Pain Zone---Big MatT\'s Online Training Journal

Stats(as of March 14, 2004)
Height=5'7"
Weight=186lbs
BF%=???(Too high)

Goals
1-Less bodyfat.
2-Bring out upper and inner pecs.
3-Cardiovascular endurance.
4-Increased flexability.

Current Split:
M-Pecs/Tris & Cardio***
T-Back/Bis/Fores & Cardio***
W-Rest & Cardio***
T-Delts/Traps & Cardio***
F-Legs
S-Rest
S-Start Over
***Cardio Workouts are in the evening, lifting is in the afternoon, and also there is Kempo class on wednesdays, so I count that as Cardio.

Will post tomorrows Pec/Tri workout later.
