Working legs on M, W, and F might be a bit much and with running beachers on Sunday. Do you plan on a rest day?
Is the competition in Indianapolis?

Welcome Carrie. I am also training for a show, my 1st. How many times have you competed? Your regimen looks tough. Best of luck!
