I used to work out regularly in high school and my first year or so of undergrad. With all the work and lack of time associated with med school, I have gotten grossly out of shape. I've gotten a bit fatter and weaker . I'm 24, 6'1" and weigh 190 lbs.
I've decided that I need to get back into shape. I'd appreciate feedback for working in a workout program that also incorporates cardio (treadmill). Unfortunately, I can't get to the gym and will probably have to work out at home. I have a standard weight bench, set of weights (plates), 84 inch bar and a few dumbells. |

Are you starting a journal in here?
I would begin by reading the full body workouts such as the 12-week workout, 13-week, 24 week, etc. You will find them, and there respective diet plans in the workout and nutrition section respectively. And read the exercise section. Good luck!
