Hi and welcome!
I suggest looking in the training forum at the informational post to find a more well-rounded split. You definitely need to get the legs in there!!!

Well I'll be having my first workout 2mora since I joined ABC, and I'm guna put some of my new knowledge to the test. I'll be working my biceps, triceps and forearms tomorrow - working them to failure within 45 - 60 mins! *fingers crossed*
*looks at leg exercises*

I've spotted a few leg exercises I can make use of, so I'll slot them into Wednesdays workout, because theirs no way I could work my chest for 45 - 60 mins non stop.

But to work these other muscles I'd need to dedicate more gym time. At the moment I simply cant do this. Im a full time university student Mon - Fri, and I have to work Saturday and Sunday to get some cash. I cant possibly get to the gym more than three times a week.
*edit* I've added a bit more to the workout, including abs, which I can do at home.

Assuming that you are resting between sets, I don't think it is unrealistic at all to work chest for at least 45-60 minutes. [/ QUOTE ] Can you not work your hamstrings? I would not work quads with only one day of rest in between. Same thing goes for chest, shoulders and abs. What about back work?

What would be best then? I've just been speaking to WeaponX in a thread, and he says I should give each muscle group 1 workout per week, but give it 110%. It's also supposed to give better gains.
