Boka- I'm cutting, I'm about 5'10", 190lbs, 16-18%bf, other specs I'm not too sure about...
weasel- I know what your saying but I'm basically following the 13 weeks to hardcore fat burning, so it was set out already, not my choice, the idea behind it though is to do supersets...I don't have 13 weeks though so I'm just going through the five day cycle 13 times, and I added another day of cardio, my days off will be every other sunday when I work all day and the gym is closed... thanks for the comments |

Good luck with your cut, Frank! BTW - the "Aurora" in your location wouldn't be the one that's a Chicagoland suburb, would it? Only asking 'cuz I live in the burbs myself.
