Can you take a cooler with you?
I don't work but I'm in college and can only eat in the middle of classes, so I take a cooler with all the food I'll need to eat. For the most part, my diet is identical to what I'll be having if I were at home. |

I recommend you jack the intesity bro. I am sure you can deadlift and squat more then 70, it is all about pushin your body to the limits!
Check out the 24 workout to mass routine under the training tab. What is your routine? |

The delay in my response is an indication to my commitment. It's hard going to college, working 30 hours a week and still working hard on nutrition and your body. I try to work every body part at least once a week usually its once a week on a good week. Basic exercises at a safe weight. Any help would be great.
