Friday, Feb. 6th, Day of my cut

I may take my rest day today since i go into work early, if not ill just do some HIIT, but i think ill just rest since yesterday was leg day and it hurts to do the bike after leg day.

Well im very happy to say that i have lost 1 pound since last week!

Ok i have some good news and some bad news. The bad news is that I had pizza tonight. The good news is that im not gonna let that bring me down. Im gonna get up and workout tomorrow like nothing happened!!! This is one CUT that im not gonna wimp out on!

saturday, feb 7th, day 6 of cut

HIIT day!

Today im really full of energy despite my little pizza binge last night, i was still able to wake up and have a great HIIT session. Now im off to my G/F's grandms'a b-day party. MUST RESIST THE CAKE!!!

Ok i survived the weekend! I had another b-day party this weekend, I stayed away from the cake and ice cream! But not the Pizza and fried chicken [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] . But i didnt over do it this time so im doing ok. Each weekend im doing better and better. And im also noticing myself not craving certain foods and resisting temptation more! I am really excited about this cut.

good luck with your cut, i am also cutting.
i dont crave much crap n e more, except pasta [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] .
next party stay away from everything. then the next time it will be easier

I had the greatest chest,shoulder and tri workout of my life today! I had sooo much energy! Workouts are going great but im really stuggling on my diet, im having trouble planning out meals.

Well i havent had to much time to keep up with this but im gonna keep trying!

Today was alittle bit of a shakey chest shoulder and tri workout. And then tonight i made up for it with an awesome HIIT session. I was Also happy with my diet today! Check it out the link is in my sig.
