Hi all.. i would be grateful if you could advise me about different ways to do a warm up baring in mind I'm still recovering from an ankle injury which means i can't put any weight on the injured ankle (or stand on it for long ) (i.e. no trademill, stationary bicycle or the rower etc..). I'm trying to keep in shape (as a keen fitness addict) by doing some of my gym routine at home (using dumbells and swiss ball) but do not want to end up with another injury from muscles being cold and not warmed up properly. have you been doing any rehab exercises like writing the alphabet with injured foot, tubing exercises or using a balance board? just go light, test things out, and if something hurts your ankle i would stop.
