That's interesting. I've always done my rest/pause sets where I rest while actually still holding the weight. I'll just stop at the top or bottom of the ROM, catch my breath for a couple of seconds, and keep going. Do you guys do rest/pause like the guy on the video? Where you actually put the weight down for a few seconds and begin again?
