I gave you all my favorite upper body exercise. Here is my fav lower body one. Squat 21s.. These absolutely kiil my legs. If you aren't shakin' by the last 7 reps, you don't have enough weight loaded on the bar. Do 7 reps standing to parallel, 7 slightly above parallel to below, 7 full squats. That's one set. Oh yeah baby... burn!

To answer how much weight for squat 21's- it depends when in the workout I do them. If they're at the end then I can only handle 65-85 lbs. My legs are pretty fried by then. I do them on the Smith machine to make sure I really get down below parallel. If you've never done them before, I'd start on the light side, maybe just 40-50 lbs. You'll know by the next day whether it was the right weight or not!
