I workout at home, and would like to do weighted crunches, but don't have a weightplate. Can I just use DB's instead?
Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Sure you can...that's what I do, if at home. I'll use my 20# d.band hold it behind my head for reps, or you can also hold it out in front of you too. For reverse crunches, secure d.b between your feet, just be careful not to drop weight in this position.
Do you have a body ball as well, or just using a mat?
