I think it depends on what you're doing: I superset concentration curls and tricep kickbacks so by the time I've done both things on both arms I'm ready to go straight round again. But if I went straight back into the next set with some of my chest/back supersets I would die. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
