I talked to her today.
She is extremely busy, and spends all her working day in front of a computer; coming home and using the PC is too taxing for her (same with the Animal). She was unable to participate in the competition, but she will be in another one in 22 weeks, and is already making excellent progress (as always).

Aw bummer. I'm sorry to hear that. I know she was so psyched for that comp. I wasn't worried that she wouldn't be back. I just assumed she was busy with the comp and was curious to know how she did. Next time you talk to her just give her my best please...tell her I said hi!
