Yep - these are great. Especially supersetted with squats, as in the 24 Workout Mass routine - it really stretches those muscles good and gets the blood flowing. This always gives me a great pump.

Although, my body is a little more than "shocked" from it.....it's downright FREAKING OUT! I am taking myself to levels I've never been before and it is such a rush! I love not being able to walk out of the gym!
