Daily Promise thread
I got this idea from someone and have her permission to "steal" her idea. So here is the plan - let me know what you think. I will post a daily promise thread and accountability thread. You post daily promises and then the next day - you post if you followed through. What do you think? Saying things outloud and then being accountable has helped me in the past and lately I need ALL the help I can get :-(
So here are my promises for today (if anyone else likes this idea that is!) Today I promise I will * be there for my husband and his friend's family - his friend that passed away's viewing is today * make a smart choice at the restraunt tonight * go to bed as soon as we get home from the funeral home tonight That's all I can do for today.
