I know I already asked a personal question today (I hope I am not exceeding my daily limit ), but my week off from training is coming to an end and I would love to get some inspiration from you before I start back on Monday.
Will you describe the most intense set or hardcore exercise you did in one of your workouts this week or, for any bulkers, a really huge meal you managed to put down (clean only please--I'm looking for inspiration here, not temptation! )? Thanks to anyone who is willing to share!

[ QUOTE ]
Will you describe the most intense set or hardcore exercise you did in one of your workouts this week or, [/ QUOTE ] I did a "flush" after my chest workout. Basically, I worked my chest hardcore, then worked my delts/tris/bis/and back for about 2 sets of each. I was so pumped I couldn't get my shirt off! I do these flushes periodically to practice posing and increase my code rating.
