Tricep day was yesterday. I love to try different lifts. The training forum had a post about dirty 30's. 10 reps of skull crushers, 10 of behind the head pullovers, 10 close grip bench press with no rest. YIKES! I only had 30lbs on the EZ curl bar but I thought I was gonna die! (I usually do 45 lbs for skull crushers) My tris are so tender today!
