you might find that if the body fat doesnt come off after a few weeks you will need to lower your carbs and up your fat. i would also look to get more variety from your efa's. i think i counted 4 tbsp of peanut butter, which accounts for 80 % of your fat intake. just keep these things in mind as you progress
make sure meal 6 has a fat source, not just protein.

Yeah, i've been having pretty good progress so far, but it's all trial and error, seeing what works for and what doesn't. I can't believe how much difference it makes to clean up your diet. I felt i lost about 10lbs in the first two weeks.
My tuna comes in sunflower oil which adds to the fat, and i'm not *that* exact on my portions, but i'll see how i go. I'm gonna half the fat content of the 2nd meal and add it to the last one. I forgot i still needed a fat source before bed, even on a cut. Thanks for the advice. |

chest day yesterday, feel sore this morning, man i've missed this feeling. basically consisted of bench pressing, flys hurt my shoulders so i passed on them. trained abs into oblivion as usual. i'll start posting numbers when i have something significant to post. diet has been spot on and i'm now off for 30 mins morning cardio. |
