This is my first journal, I've been lifting weights for a couple years, but only seriously for this summer. I'm 17 yrs old, a senior in hs and I play basketball for my school team. I weigh 155 or so right now, up from 150 three weeks ago and im 6'1. When I end up posting my pics, everyone is going to tell me to bulk, but I refuse to until after basketball season is over because I'm afraid I'll lose vertical. I had been running cross country, but gave that up due to general fatigue.also, my bf is about 7%.
my split is mon-back tues-chest wed-abs(kind of a rest day too, I dont have to work them that hard) thurs-legs fri-delts/bis/tris sat-abs cardio is basically 6 days a week(all that basketball) Back workout Seated Row Machine(held at peak contraction on last rep of every set) 75x12 90x10 90x8 75x12 Lat Pulldown(held at peak contraction) 100x10 100x10 100x10 100x10 60x20 Hyperextensions BW+35 x20 ^4 sets wide grip pullups 10 half pullups(i cant do them fully tips for that would be appreciated)5 negative wide grip pullups when I came home i drank a water/protein shake and ate about 20 fish sticks(these are probably terrible for you) comments would be wonderful. |
