My gym has this machine too. But the little sign on it says it's for pecs. I did it once and, maybe I didn't use enough weight, but it didn't do a thing for me. But, I'm also a physiological freak...I feel different muscles working on exercises where they shouldn't be working (ex: triceps work the most on assisted pullups). I still have a hard time making the muscle mind connection. I guess that takes time, huh?

I think the mind muscle connection is like one of those things that get better as u do it more n more. And then being able to do it for one muscle group doesn't mean I can do it for other muscle groups unless I practise with the other muscle group too. Dun give up!
