we got peanut butters here...but there's no nutritional value on it or anything..so how should i know wt it contains????! if natural or wteva..

i LOVE smucker's nat pb, but i recently found one without any sodium...so i've given it a try...it's not as sweet as smuckers, and a little runnier, but i like it a lot - tastes like REAL PEANUTS. my smuckers brand i got reduced fat, was 2T = 200cal, 12fat, 12carb, 9pro and i don't remember the sodium.
this one now is called Krema (doesn't have a lower fat, but...)2T = 190cal, 16fat, 2sat fat, 0chol, 0sod, 6carb, 2fiber, 2sugar, and 9pro. i bought it at kroger, but i also saw it at meijer (from ohio) and i remember it not being very expensive...i think it was on-sale too  ingredients: peanuts...no added solt, sugar or hydrogenated oils also needs refrigerated |
