I think that especially for people with endomorphic tendencies (like me) high-carb is a poor choice. I officially state that I believe Power Eating by Susan Kleiner to be a flawed book. I have tried it for a month and saw absolutely no difference and felt no difference. SOMETHING should feel or seem slightly different after a month, but nada.

I'm in the process of moving to higher protein, higher fat, less carbs.
