I have changed my body's shape by weight training along with diet changes, I had a lot of bodyfat at 26%, now down to 14%.
Is it normal for my body to lose fat in sections? My right side has a bulge and the left one seems to be much smaller....I have been measuring my right but not my left. Also, my clothes fit loose around the hip but not waist... Any input?

Everybody loses bodyfat differently...it's genetic...darn genes! I lose around my upper abdomen first, then it works it's way down...
I know...it's very frustrating! |

I noticed lately that I have big indentations in my upper thighs from body fat loss and from my lower thigh to my ankle my legs have thinned out a lot more. I know over time this will all even out but it is weird how we lose body fat. My legs seem to be losing the fastest probably from all the cardio. I'm sure my tummy will go last. I am crossing my fingers that my breasts will get a little firmer and smaller as well but that is wishful thinking. Even when I was at a normal weight I still had large breasts. At 32 yrs old, 243 lbs I am a 38DD. At 150, age 18 I was a 34DD. The only thing that ever changed was the inches. Once I maintain a more normal weight for 6 months I am sure I will be an ideal candidate for reduction surgery.
Anyone else run into weird bf loss patterns and/or not change breast cup sizes when they drop lots of weight?
