Default Tomorrows Menu Help

Here is my fitday link:

This is my menu broken down:

Meal 1~ 1/2c CC &amp; 1c cooked oatmeal

Meal 2~ Dried apricots (on the way home from the gym, I get real hungry then! [img]/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]) 3 egg whites &amp; 1 large egg scrambled (when I get home!)

Meal 3~ Grilled chicken breast (palm sized), 2/3c brown rice, 1/2 plum tomato &amp; 1c green beans

Meal 4~ 13 large Shrimp, an apple w/2 tbsps natty PB

Meal 5~ 6oz piece of salmon &amp; asparagus (maybe a salad)

Meal 6~ 1/2c CC &amp; an aplle w/cinn &amp; splenda (just a shake of each)

Thats it. The ratios end up being 39P 34C 27F. Is there anything I should change? Add/Delete??
