Default Training/Food Schedule Logged

I have placed my current training and food schedule on the on-line journal part of this site incase it is of interest ...any feedback is welcome.

By the way ...what sort of Protein/Carb/Fat split do you all use ???

I am sure you have been asked this before ...but apologies ...I am new !

I really try and shoot for 40/30/20 (Protien/Carbs/Fat). I'm sure thats what a lot of people shoot for. But it all depends what type of diet/lifting program you're using. Whether it be cutting or bulking or maintaining.

Hey Bombflower- You're short some calories somewhere. Your totals only ad up to 90%!

kiwi girl- I'm trying to follow a 40/30/30 ratio for cutting. It's going slow cuz I'm not drastically reducing calories, but it's geting easier to include more protein and less carbohydrate as time goes on.

I use a 40/30/30 ratio as well.

Thanks heaps for the feedback - I might do a bit of tweeking to my diet, and change the proportion accordingly. I am almost there ...just a little more flax oil, a little less carb and a tad more protein !!
