You're not alone! I had three! Yesterday, saturday & thursday, so it felt like they were in a row! Saturday was the worst. Yesterday it was just a huge amount of steamed broccoli from a chinese place with a vegetarian egg roll. Which was a good cheat, if you take out the egg roll and whatever it was they added to the broccoli (butter I imagine)

I ate crappy all weekend, Saturday & Sunday. One Sunday per month I eat crappy anyway cause of speed skating meets but I really had no excuse for Saturday. I had junk food all weekend long, Cadbury Creme Eggs, too many granola bars, a brownie, fish sandwich, fries, and a fruit punch HiC from Burger King, more Cadbury Creme Eggs, LOL, mainly too much sugar and too many carbohydrates all weekend long. And that was AFTER a whole week of NOT lifting a finger to ANY exercise whatsoever! I did real well all week, even kept my carbs lower than usual since I WASN'T exercising, then I went nutty this weekend. Part of it probably WAS cause I was trying to be so strict on my carbs all week. Oh, and so I got on the scale today, and I didn't even gain a SINGLE POUND! Woohoo!

So, two lessons to be learned here ladies, ONE, don't restrict yourself TOO MUCH or it makes you MORE likely to BINGE. TWO, just because you don't exercise for a week and then pig out for a day or two, does NOT mean you will get FAT, it takes LONGER than that!! Okay? We all clear on that? I usually eat everything in sight, and I do mean everything one or two days out of the week. Those day are over until the end of the summer.
