I've been on the program now for 2 weeks now and I've noticed some changes. I know I can't spot target anything, but I'm concerned about the fat on my back, my butt and my abs. It says only to work them twice a week. Is that enough. I know abs is 70% diet, but curios if I should be doing more?

you may be doing more than you think and its only been 2 weeks. i think you just need to stick to a good diet and the 12 week workout and give it more time. eventually than fat on your back, butt, and abs will come off. you just need to reduce overall bodyfat. are you following the accompanying 12 weeks to fat burning diet?
be patient and see how it all looks at the end of the 12 weeks! it will take some time so do not get discouraged. |

I followed the 12 week program for the Abc Challenge...it works!

Thanks Elle... I have about 25 pounds to loose and I'm so concerned with time because summer is on it's way. I want to loose at least 20 by july. Did you stick to the diet to the T?

Hey soccor chick..any new photos since december? How are you doing with everything. You have the same build as I do. I look like a gymast. HAHA! That's a good thing. I also am on a softball team..
