Yeah for Fitday.com
I was going to put a post on here this morning becuase I have been doing the 13 week program and while I lost 2 lbs last week (my first week) I did not drop any weight this week and wanted advise. After reading some of the old posts though I decided to recheck my diet again and started adding the food that I have been eating on fitday.com and WOW - I have been going over what I thought I was. Sooo that answered my own question and I will now be better about tracking. You guys are great. I love this site!! [img]/forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
