Default Omron Body Fat Test ?

I was wondering if anything could make the readings higher? like not being well-hydrated or eating a fatty meal w/ in so many hours prior to? Or as they claim to be accurate w/in 1.1% no matter what..

Just curious, someone where I get measured mentioned these to me.

They aren't that accurate at all, I don't care what they claim. And hydration, exercise, alcohol consumption, time of the month, etc... can all affect your reading.

Go by the calipers. That's the best option unless you have access to hydrostatic weighing (usually at big universities or hospitals).
