We were having a discussion at BFLW about before and after shots and what goes into that... as well as the measures that competitive bodybuilders take to get themselves down to really low bf% ... and the tweaking and tricks that go also into the models you see in magazines, etc. At BFLW we have a lot of gals just finishing their first 12 week program and some are getting a little dis-heartened by the fact that they are not going to look like the after photos in the book. So I had this idea to show them that those pictures can be very mis-leading.
However, the pictures are still all me - uncut, live and in person so to speak. If you notice in the before pictures I'm kind of laughing because it was hard to push my stomach out like that I felt like such a goof. Oh, Toad & Elle... I'm smokin? I'll take it. Thanks!!

Thanks for the great post and thread to boot. People need to see stuff like that to learn not to buy into marketing schemes! Great point, and you look great too!

LOL!! I always point out the before and afters on TV to my hubby and anyone who'll listen, that it's just a tighter suit, or they've got their butt in the air behind them, or SOMETHING like that Glad you took 15 minutes out to really prove it! [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
