Have been working out now for 2 months and my stomach is not improving...I do sit-ups and incline sit-ups but it doesn't seem to be working for me.. Anyone have any suggestions for me? Am I maybe doing them wrong?

And that's the hard part...... Loosing weight is all about having a calorie deficit and by working your abs.... well let's say that it doesn't make you burn a lot....
Keep working but also try to loose some weight (watching your diet!) and then soon you'll see a niiiiiiice six pack showing its head!!
