I am currently training this girl (first time training a female by the way) and she is menstrating right now. And she jumped about 5 lbs. in a day. Is this just water from bloating or something? She asked me but I could not give her an answer cause...well I am a guy and I do not know. Can a girl really jump 5 lbs in waterweight a day?

Yup! I usually gain around 5lbs or more during that time. Sucks...

This is my first month trying a natural remedy for monthly weight gain (the usual 5-7 lbs). I lost the water weight two days after taking this stuff. I take 3000 mg of Evening Primrose Oil. It comes in capsule form. I take one pill(1375 mg) in the morning, one more capsule of the same dose around 3:00 p.m. and the third pill, 500 mg, at bedtime. I have been told that I also don't have to stop taking it once my period is gone. This stuff really works! My husband even made a comment that he noticed my belly was flat this month. It's a little expensive, but to me it's well worth it. I don't know if it helps with depression, but I notice I'm not as moody and *****y this month, too. Maybe it's just the fact I didn't have my water weight gain. Anybody else ever try this stuff, I'd love to hear other opinions.
