Many of you ask how to accomplish losing fat and gaining muscle. It is not something that will happen overnight; or that someone can give you the immediate answers to. Each of us has different body types, metabolisms and health factors that have to be considered.
It takes personal research and understanding the “science” behind the human body and how it works (human physiology and fat loss). No diet pill or shake will help you accomplish your goals unless you dedicate your life to the complete change you desire. It can happen, you have to want it bad enough. Fist and foremost is diet: #1 – Diet, without a proper diet there is no fitness plan that will work. You must sacrifice indulging in sugar and starchy foods less, that means no sugar, sugar laden fruits, pasta, no sugar cookies, no soda no white flour. #2 – Dedication, you must want what you desire bad enough and have faith that you will accomplish these goals you set for yourself. You must keep track exercise and daily caloric intake; vitamins, food, snacks, anything that goes into your mouth you must write down. Buy a notebook pad and start today. #3 – Exercise, you must exercise 3 to 4 time a week, no excuses.
