I had a good laugh when I saw that Krypto had thrown down the B.S. flag!

Hello everyone. I just found this board today. Thanks for the creatine information. I won't buy "women's" creatine again after reading this. I bought EAS creatine and bloated up 4 pounds. (I drink a gallon and a half of water a day too). I bought this TRAC creatine, aimed at women and I didn't bloat though. It cost $50 too! So, I will try to find a creatine with the Creapure logo when I run out. I'm already learning new things here!

I usually don't load on any one product. I don't believe the hype out ther either. After several years of diet pills and "getting thin quick" schemes (I lost and gained twice as much back, tried more than once), many of the makers were getting rich. It takes dedication and educating yourself on how to eat right, it's a lifestyle change.
I take what I need and that's it. I'd rather do it naturally by eating right, supplement when I don't and listen to my body. Bladezz33

"..........The above information is provided by Muscle Marketing USA - the makers of the only stabilized liquid creatine."
Lol this one make me laugh!!! What a joke. Anyway, personally I like creatine but it makes me hold water BUT my recovery is definitely better. I can only recommend to try it by yourself.
