please help. I have been out of the weight room for 3 months and put on a bit of weight , like 10 lbs, and now im starting back in a week and I need advice. I have fat to burn, do I do serious cardio and a toning routine or do I hit it hard on the weights?? Im not sure what to do.. I want to tone and build but I have fat and I need to lose it. What do you all suggest?

My suggestion is to put on some lean muscle mass before toning or seriously cutting (watch your diet thou!!).
Do heavy compound exercise 3-4 times a week and cardio around 3 times a week as well. You'll get results soooo much faster this way than if just did cardio and light weights high reps.
